how can you train with me

For me working out has been a safe point in my life for a very long time. Like a best friend I can alway count on. Whenever I feel sad, it comforts me. When I'm anxious or nervous, it helps me channel my anxiety, anger & whatever feeling I have to deal with. It teaches me that impossible doesn't exist, because if I put energy and effort in it, I can achieve anything. It helps me getting over a hard day or just starting with full of energy in case of a morning workout. The point is that it is always here for me.

 

With this point of view I will guide you through your journey. I respectfully turn to every effort you make for yourself. I teach you how to move properly. I treat you with infinite patience, even if you asked me back sixteen times how many reps you should do. In addition to high professionalism, I also place great emphasis on having fun while working out. I care about you. I also help you make exercising a regular part of your life. When you have questions, you can always ask me, I'm happy to answer.

Basically, I work in monthly plans because in this way it's much easier to build commitment, incorporate the new habit into your life and it's less likely you'll give up before you actually start. Each collaboration begins with a mobility assessment which helps me understand your anatomy and movement skills. Based on the results and your goals I will prepare your personalized training plan. It doesn't matter where you're at your fitness journey, you can join at any level, because I will create the right program for you according to your own skills.

 

Workouts take place at a pre-arranged time at Thor Gym Óbuda or online. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, the session will be deducted from your pass (if I cancel, I'll give you a free class).
