the vegan coach

I'm lucky enough that sports have been a huge part of my life since I was a little kid. I've tried lots of things and did for many years (swimming, handball, volleyball, running, trx, crossfit, functional training, spartan races), but I won't go into detail about these because as a coach the main focus is on you and the way I can help you reach your goals whether they're about being healthier, losing weight, gaining muscles, getting stronger, improving your posture or not spitting your lunges out after taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

If I could have a superpower, instead of mind-reading or teleporting I would choose that I would never get injured. It seems like my wish won't come true, but by putting prevention first and practicing correct movement patterns I can be quite close. I would like to also help you feel better in your everyday life.

Why have I become a personal trainer? After graduation I attended to Corvinus University of Budapest and got a degree in finance and accounting. I spent 7 years working as an economist. I've been looking for where I belong in the world for so long, my path, where I can feel that I fit in and I have to do this because it’s my destiny. Guess what, it didn't happen working in finance and accounting. I felt like an outsider many times, but after becoming a coach, I've finally found my purpose. I've always liked helping, explaining & teaching other people. I also loved doing sports so I can't really figure out why it took me so long to realize I must be a personal trainer. No doubt this was the best decision of my life. As we spend most of our life working, I think it's very important that we find a job we can believe in and do with all our passion. The absolute best thing is that I can make a positive impact on other people's lives. When I get feedbacks such as I'm the reason that exercise has become a regular part of someone's life or I've mentally put my athlete to the right place and they would prescribe training with me for everyone are the reason I feel my life finally has a purpose.

 

As for my diet, I've been eating meatless since the summer of 2015 and stopped eating other animal products (milk, cheese, eggs etc.) 3 years later in the summer of 2018. As a result, I’ve noticed a significant increase in the quality of my life (mainly the disappearance of prior stomach pain, slow digestion, metabolic problems and skin issues). My goal is to show you that you can have delicious meals without consuming animal products.
